2008 IPC Ice Sledge Hockey World Championships

March 28 - April 5, 2008 at the New England Sports Center

The International Paralympic Committee in cooperation with the US Paralympics has awarded these World Championships to Massachusetts Hockey.

Teh event will bring over 200 Disabled Athletes, Coaches, Trainers, and Officials to Central Massachusetts for 10 days.

This event is to promote the awareness and development of Sledge Hockey in Massachusetts and the United States. To help these efforts there will be no admission charged for any of the games.

Expected Participants include in Pool A: United States; Canada; Japan; Norway; Italy; and Germany. In Pool B: Estonia, Korea, Poland, and Czech Republic.
