GSL to Offer Scholarships to Graduating High Scool Seniors

The Greater Springfield League (GSL) sponsored by the Springfield Falcons is proud to announce that the GSL will be awarding scholarships to seniors graduating later this spring. The scholarships will be presented to youth hockey players who have participated for a minimum of three years in the GSL any time from Mite through Midget, the youth does not currently need to be actively playing hockey. The other two requirements is to be graduating from an accredited secondary school and has been either accepted or enrolled in a form of higher learning beyond high school.

About the Greater Springfield League, the GSL is the local youth hockey league in Western Massachusetts and is dedicated to providing youths the opportunity to play ice hockey at the recreational level. We are made up of 16 member organizations in Western Mass, Central, Mass, Northern Connecticut, Central Connecticut, Southern Vermont, and Albany, NY, with over 85 teams and 1000 youths participating at the Mite through Midget levels.
