Albany Capitals join the GSL

The western expansion of the GSL continued last week with the addition of the first organization from New York to join the league. The Capitals have committed this season a Bantam team as of August 16th, with the possibility of additional teams to follow. The agreement was for the standard a probationary season in the league with review at the end of the season. Games in Albany will begin during the regular season.
