Meeting Rescheduled

The final GSL meeting of the 2007-08 season scheduled for Tuesday, May 6th has been rescheduled for Monday, May 12th at 7:30 PM at Ameila Park in Westfield. The meeting was delayed by the re-opening of Ameila Park.

Lighting Strike

Bay West and Tri-City have announced that they will merge in 2007-08 as a new association and will be known as the Pioneer Valley Lightning.

Flying High

The GSL is happy to announce that Holy Name player and GSL Timekeeper, Matt Cignoli has accepted an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy in Cololorado.

Holy Name Receives Cheevers Grant

Holy Name hockey was a recipent of the Mike Cheevers "Grow Hockey" Development Grant. The grants were in honor of the late Cheevers, who volunteered with Mass Hockey and the Swampscot Hockey, passed from cancer in 2006.

Falcons Announce 2008-09 Ticket Package Pricing

Springfield, MA – The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today their ticket package pricing for the 2008-2009 season. Once again, there is no increase on ticket package pricing.
